Aproveitámos
para tirar uns dias de férias nos alpes - Mont Blanc - por isso tenho
estado ausente do Blog. Foi uma viagem fantástica, estava muito sol e
frio pela manhã.
Apanhei
avião para o aeroporto de Genebra, aí segui a partir da estação de
comboios "Genebra Eaux Vives" (impossível de descobrir em Genebra, fica num bêco, terrível!!!!) e aí apanhei o comboio até "Les Houches". O
caminho é lindo e deve ser sem dúvida uma das viagens de comboio mais
bonitas da europa.

I took a flight to "Geneva airport", then I followed to the train station "Geneva Eaux Vives" where we caught the train to "Les Houches". The journey is beautiful, for sure one of the most beautiful train journeys in Europe.

Note: it´s better if you buy the train ticket directly at "Geneva airport" or at "Geneva Cornavins Train Station" because the Train Station "Geneva Eaux Vives" is like a PHANTASMAGORIC place, there is no one to help you or any ticket machine, is just the place where you catch the train for the Mont Blanc valley. Just that.
Ficámos hospedados num hotel em Les Houches, com uma vista fabulosa sobre o Mont Blanc. Fica muito perto da estação de comboio, a relação qualidade/preço é fabulosa, e a cozinha é muito boa.

We were staying in a hotel at Les Houches with a fabulous view for Mont Blanc. It's right near the train station, the ratio quality/price is fabulous, and it has a really good cooking.
