Este post foi feito a pensar em todos os que me
têm pedido para partilhar fotos do KAIST. Conhecem o Instituto Superior Técnico em Lisboa? O KAIST segue o
mesmo conceito (os edifícios da faculdade estão próximos e
rodeados por jardins) com uma diferença, a dimensão é completamente
diferente. O KAIST é enorme! (podem ver aqui
o mapa) Há imensos departamentos e até as residências de estudantes e algumas casas de professores e
de investigadores ficam dentro do campus. Este
conceito de universidade ao estilo Americano tem-nos dado uma qualidade de vida incrível e esta foi, sem dúvida, a melhor surpresa que tive ao vir
viver para a Coreia do Sul. Ora bem... é impossível mostra-vos todos os
recantos mas, ainda assim, vamos dar uma volta pelo KAIST?

This post is for all those who have asked me to show some photos of KAIST. It took me a long time to do it because it may seem strange, but it's hard to know every single corner of the university and to take photos of all the buildings. Why? Because KAIST has that "American-style" university campus where all the buildings are close together and surrounded by gardens. You can take a look at KAIST's map here. I love this concept of university. To live in such a beautiful campus is priceless and I didn't expected that when we first moved to South Korea. Well... here are some photos. ^^ I hope you enjoy it!
