Quando se vem até Lisboa é obrigatório visitar o Castelo de São Jorge e a sua magnifica vista sobre o rio Tejo. Nós vivemos precisamente no caminho até o Castelo, de modo que, há sempre turistas a passar à nossa porta. Ora o nosso Gato adora este movimento e vai para a porta de casa rebolar-se ao sol e fazer palhaçadas. Não há um turista que não lhe faça festas. As nossas vizinhas velhotas ficam encantadas e dizem que todos os turistas lhe tiram imensas fotografias.
Viver aqui nas colinas do Castelo de São Jorge é quase como viver numa aldeia, as velhotas estão sempre à janela e sabem todos os nossos passos.
When you come to Lisbon you have to visit the St Jorge's Castle and its magnificent view over the river Tejo. We live at the way up to the castle, so there are always tourists at our door. Our cat loves this and is always at the front door rolling at the sun and clowning around. Our neighbors, especially the old ladies are delighted and say that all the tourists take lots of pictures of the cat and start kiding with him.
Living here at the hills of St. George's Castle is almost like living in a village. The old ladies are always at the window and know all our steps.

Agora que vão aparecendo dias mais frescos, e que as flores vão voltando a ganhar força, resolvi voltar a investir nas nossas flores. Não resisti a estas rosas e arranjei uns vasos para as janelas:
Now that some fresh days appear and that the flowers are getting vitality, I decided to re-invest in our flowers. I couldn't resist to these roses and I got some for our windows:

Se vierem fazer erasmus para Lisboa ou se forem ficar cá por um período de tempo longo, procurem casa aqui na encosta do Castelo de São Jorge, na Baixa lisboeta ou no Bairro alto. Eu realmente adoro viver aqui. Temos o melhor do campo e o melhor da cidade reunido.
If you come to stay for erasmus or for a long period of time at Lisbon you really should look for a house here at St. George's Castle hills or down town. I really love living here. We have the very best of the city and of the country together.
